Big New Addition Coming to Meadowbrook Mall

The rumors have been buzzing for some time now.  So have the questions:

“Is Meadowbrook Mall getting a big new store? What is it?”  While the details are still being finalized, the management of Meadowbrook Mall is able to confirm that a major new business is tentatively scheduled to arrive in 2023. 

      Currently, work is underway to make room for the largest merchant to ever open at Meadowbrook Mall.  Several existing stores are being relocated inside the mall complex.  For example, one long-time favorite, Marshalls, will be moving into a modern, updated store space in the Target Concourse. In the words of Anthony Cafaro, Jr., Co-President of the mall’s parent company “This will be the biggest offering for consumers to ever arrive at Meadowbrook Mall.” 

     Cafaro noted that the process for establishing a new lease agreement with any large business often takes months or years.  In this case, the process is nearly complete.  As is the standard practice in the shopping center industry, the name of the new business will be revealed once the lease agreement is formally signed.   It is anticipated that there will be a formal announcement in January, 2023.  At that time, the community will learn more about exciting activities surrounding the arrival of this new business as well as new job opportunities.
